In May 2018, we responded to a rush request to rebuild a large Barmag extruder gearbox for a film manufacturing company during a planned outage. In just one day, our crew mobilized and removed the gearbox from service. They then transported the gearbox back to our shop for a rush rebuild.
Within just five days, we replaced all bearings, seals and damaged gears with customer supplied parts and returned and reinstalled the repair gearbox. Just another example of how far we’ll go to keep a customer running.
