One of the things we do to prevent unwanted and costly downtime at our customers’ plants is to keep differential parts in stock. Recently, during our annual on-site inspection visit at a Louisiana paper mill, we found a differential in failure mode. Thanks to our inventory of differential parts, we were able to supply a completely rebuilt assembly within one day and rebuild the gearbox within their outage time frame.
